Provide individual coaching, mentoring, and feedback to sales representatives to enhance performance.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business and revenue goals.
Conduct regular training assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Create, update, and manage sales training materials, tools, and resources.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address training needs.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and EdTech market developments to continuously improve training programs.
