Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate:



Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs to improve product knowledge and selling skills. Provide individual coaching, mentoring, and feedback to sales representatives to enhance performance. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business and revenue goals. Conduct regular training assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Create, update, and manage sales training materials, tools, and resources. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address training needs. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and EdTech market developments to continuously improve training programs.

Requirements:



Client Relationship Management (CRM) Effective Communication Sales Training & Development Presentation Skills Product Strategy Management Skills MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales training, corporate training, or a similar role Strong communication skills Corporate training experience Sales training & product training Process training EdTech sales exposure On-the-Job Training (OJT) Training management Experience as a sales trainer
