Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

Minimum 6 months as Sales Trainer (on paper) OR 1 year total trainer experience.

Domain:

Must have BFSI Sales background. Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes. Immediate joiners only. Minimum CIBIL score of

650

required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on outbound sales process. Prepare and deliver effective sales training modules focused on Kotak Mahindra Bank products and services. Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness. Provide floor support post-training to ensure knowledge transfer and performance readiness. Develop strategies to improve sales skills, objection handling, and customer engagement.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
