Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and effective
sales training sessions
for new and existing team members
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
Work closely with team leads and sales managers to identify training needs
Create training content aligned with sales goals and organizational objectives
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest process improvements

Comes from an
Inside Sales / Telesales
training background
Is confident, energetic, and passionate about coaching people
