Roles & Responsibilities:

A sales-driven professional who focuses on practical results rather than theory. Experienced in telesales/call center sales coaching with a proven track record of
boosting performance.

A natural motivator with sharp instincts and strong people skills. Obsessed with improving real sales metrics -- conversion rates, talk time, pitch clarity,
objection handling, and call quality.

Hands-on and proactive: you listen to calls, give real-time feedback, and build confident
sales champions.

Training Delivery & Facilitation
1. Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) covering process, product, and system knowledge.
2. Deliver refresher and performance-improvement training based on data insights.
3. Use interactive and engaging training methods to ensure high knowledge retention.

Training Material Development
1. Design, update, and enhance training manuals, SOPs, scripts, and knowledge bases.
2. Align training content with client expectations, product updates, and process changes.

Assessment & Feedback
1. Conduct tests, quizzes, mock calls, and role-plays to assess trainee performance.
2. Provide constructive feedback and create personalized improvement plans.
3. Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs and performance metrics.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
1. Work with Operations, Quality, and HR to address performance gaps.
2. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and sales best practices.

Requirement:

Minimum 5 +years of experience in sales training (Malayalam, Telugu, kannada)
preferably in telesales or call center environments.

Strong ability to coach teams on sales psychology, emotional intelligence, and value-
based selling.

Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and selling skills. Ability to analyze performance trends and design actionable, outcome-based training
solutions.

Willingness to travel between branches within close proximity as needed. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with CRM or LMS platforms.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
