We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to enhance the performance of our sales team through effective training programs. The role involves developing and delivering training sessions, improving sales techniques, and ensuring consistent performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver sales training programs and refreshers. Coach team members on communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve results. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps. Maintain training materials and track training effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a sales leadership role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
