Job Summary:

We are looking for a

dedicated and result-oriented Trainer

to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programs that drive employee performance and contribute to organizational growth. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, mentoring learners, and aligning learning objectives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and orientations for employees and/or students. Assess training needs and customize programs to meet individual and team goals. Design and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and other learning content. Facilitate interactive, engaging learning experiences in-person or virtually. Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate training records and prepare detailed reports on training outcomes. Collaborate with managers and department heads to align training with organizational strategies. Mentor and motivate learners to support their professional growth.

Training & Development Content Creation & Presentation Needs Assessment & Evaluation Employee Engagement & Mentoring Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Report Preparation & Documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, HR, Psychology preferred). Certification in Training, L&D, or similar fields is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training or teaching roles. Experience in both offline and online training delivery is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
