to design and deliver training programs for our Domestic and International Tele Sales teams. The role includes onboarding new sales executives, conducting skill development sessions, and ensuring consistent team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training content (scripts, presentations, call guides, role-plays).
Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing coaching to improve performance.
Identify performance gaps and provide targeted 1:1 or group coaching.
Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain training records and provide performance reports to leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years in sales, with 1-2 years in training, coaching, or team lead role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Strong understanding of sales processes (cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, closing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM tools and virtual training
