Role Overview

The Sales Trainer will deliver Osprey International LLP's specialized sales training program to candidates aspiring for sales, front office, CRE, and customer care roles in GCC countries. The role now includes facilitating both short crash courses and comprehensive monthly batches in a hybrid (online and offline) setup with certification and placement support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and practical sales training across online and offline channels. Deliver one-week online crash courses (12 hours) focused on essential sales skills, interview preparation, communication, grooming, resume building, and confidence development. Lead monthly hybrid (online + offline) training batches of one month duration, ensuring candidates benefit from both digital flexibility and real-world, in-person coaching. Provide participants with industry-recognised certificates upon completion and offer robust placement assistance for sales-related roles in GCC countries. Create, customize, and upgrade curriculum content for both quick and extended programs, addressing learners' knowledge gaps, attitudes, and practical readiness for interviews. Conduct mock interviews, individual feedback sessions, and practical skill-building activities for maximum interview and job success. Maintain high learner engagement, motivation, and measurable performance improvement across both training modes.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience in sales, customer service, or relevant training/mentoring roles--GCC sector knowledge preferred. Excellent English-speaking and presentation skills; regional language ability is a plus. Proven capability in conducting both virtual and in-person group training sessions. Tech-savviness for digital learning platforms, combined with strong people skills for classroom delivery. Adaptability to manage diverse learner backgrounds and training setups.
