Job Description

Training Program Development:

Create and update training programs and materials, such as presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules, covering sales strategies, product features, and market trends.

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging training sessions for new and existing sales staff, utilizing various methods including hands-on activities and technology-supported approaches.

Performance Assessment & Coaching:

Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, identify skill gaps, and provide individual and group coaching to improve sales results.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales managers and leadership to understand training needs and align training objectives with company sales goals.

Content & Tool Expertise:

Educate the sales team on new sales tools, product knowledge, and effective strategies for lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Key Skills

Sales Acumen:

A deep understanding of the sales process and how to drive effective selling.

Training & Facilitation:

Ability to design and deliver effective learning experiences.

Coaching & Mentoring:

Skills to guide and motivate individual sales representatives for improvement.

Analytical & Communication Skills:

Ability to analyze performance data and communicate feedback clearly.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with various training tools and platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,509.06 - ₹35,000.00 per month
