Job Summary

We are hiring a

Sales Trainer & Communication Quality Controller

to train new joiners, guide the sales team, monitor communication standards, and ensure every sales executive follows the defined sales process.

This is a key role for someone who is passionate about coaching, communication improvement, and driving consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Train and onboard new sales team members with structured modules. Conduct regular training, role plays, and performance reviews. Audit WhatsApp chats, calls, and email communication to ensure quality. Ensure strict adherence to the company's sales process & follow-up standards. Identify communication gaps and implement improvement plans. Maintain QC scorecards and share weekly reports with management. Support in handling escalations and improving customer experience. Mentor underperforming team members to achieve targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Training / Sales Coaching / Communication QC. Experience in Jewellery, Luxury, E-commerce, B2B, or Retail sales preferred. Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati (mandatory). Strong understanding of structured sales processes. Ability to guide, mentor, and correct team behavior professionally. Strong observation, discipline, and reporting skills.
