We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Team Trainer to lead the development and performance of our sales force through engaging training programs, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver training programs tailored to sales goals and individual development.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and skill development for current team members.
Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback, and make continuous improvements.
Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps and create targeted training interventions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
Prepare training materials, manuals, modules, and assessments.
Track and report training outcomes and team progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role.
Proven success in sales with experience coaching or mentoring teams.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage diverse learning styles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and online learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in sales training or learning & development.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Sandler.
