Job Eligibility


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales and/or training. Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact sales training programs. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital training tools (LMS, Zoom, etc.). Job Overview

Job Responsibilities


Design and deliver structured training programs for on boarding, up skilling, and continuous learning for the real estate sales team. Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with strategic business objectives and market trends. Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, client engagement, objection handling, lead conversion, legal documentation, and CRM usage. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, SOPs, and interactive tools. Implement role-playing, simulations, and real-life scenarios to enhance practical skills. Monitor individual and team performance post-training to assess knowledge retention and skill application. Analyse training effectiveness through KPIs and make data-driven improvements. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for underperforming team members. Stay current with industry regulations, real estate trends, and competitive practices to ensure relevance in training content. Requirements
