About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Sales Trainer
from the
Finance industry
to support the development and performance of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial products and hands-on experience in training teams in areas such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, and other wealth management solutions.
This role is critical to ensuring sales excellence as we continue to expand as a Pre-IPO organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver structured training programs for new and existing sales staff in the finance domain.
Train teams on financial products, regulatory guidelines, sales techniques, customer profiling, and handling objections.
Conduct onboarding sessions for newly hired sales executives.
Provide product knowledge sessions on investment solutions.
Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments, role plays, and feedback mechanisms.
Identify skill gaps and design customized training modules to enhance sales effectiveness.
Conduct regular refresher training to ensure consistent understanding of financial products and compliance standards.
Collaborate with sales leaders to understand challenges and improve training strategies accordingly.
Maintain detailed training records, prepare reports, and share progress insights with management.
Stay updated with industry trends, SEBI/RBI guidelines, and market developments to keep training content relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Sales Trainer in the Finance industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products such as
Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, and Wealth Management products
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle large training batches and conduct impactful interactive sessions.
Proficiency in training methods including role plays, case studies, and activity-based learning.
Strong observation and analytical skills to assess candidate performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Pre-IPO environment with evolving business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate and Post Graduate.
Experience working with Finance Industry .
Prior exposure to compliance training and financial advisory modules.
