Job Summary:



As a

Sales Trainer / Sales Enablement Manager

focused on real estate clients, you will be the driving force behind elevating the sales capabilities of our client agents and teams. You will design, develop, and deliver tailored training programs covering telecalling, lead qualification, sales presentations, negotiation, and deal closure, empowering our real estate clients to maximize their sales performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute comprehensive

sales enablement programs

tailored for real estate professionals across all sales stages: Telecalling & lead generation strategies Pre-sales lead qualification & nurturing Sales presentation & listing consultation Objection handling & negotiation tactics Deal closing techniques and follow-up Deliver engaging training sessions via live workshops, webinars, and on-demand courses. Create and maintain sales training content, including scripts, playbooks, roleplay scenarios, and performance metrics. Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor training programs accordingly. Monitor client agent performance, provide coaching and actionable feedback. Collaborate internally with product, marketing, and client success teams to align enablement efforts with client needs. Measure training effectiveness via KPIs such as lead conversion rates, appointment setting, and sales volume growth. Stay updated on real estate market trends, technologies, and sales methodologies to continuously enhance training content. Support onboarding of new real estate clients by quickly ramping up their sales capabilities.

Required Qualifications:



Proven experience (3+ years) in sales training, sales enablement, or coaching, preferably in real estate. Deep understanding of the real estate sales cycle and telecalling/pre-sales workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging training content and deliver it effectively both in-person and virtually. Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools commonly used in real estate (e.g., kvCORE, BoomTown, Follow Up Boss). Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and agent performance. Comfortable working with clients of varied experience levels, from new agents to top producers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
