Key Responsibilities:
Training Development:
oDesign and develop comprehensive sales training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
oCreate a range of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, role-play scenarios, and handouts.
Training Delivery:
oConduct onboarding sessions for new hires, focusing on company culture, sales processes, and product offerings.
oLead ongoing training sessions for existing sales staff, focusing on techniques to improve sales performance, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Coaching s Support:
oProvide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members as needed.
oOffer feedback and suggestions for improvement, helping team members grow professionally.
Sales Process Optimization:
oAnalyze sales team performance, identify gaps in skills or knowledge, and implement training to address these areas.
oContinuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
Product Knowledge:
oEnsure sales teams are fully educated about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate to clients.
