Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Trainer to become part of our team. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in coaching, training, and developing employees, with the objective of enabling individuals to maximize their performance and contribute effectively to organizational goals. This role focuses on mentoring professionals and delivering structured training programs to support business success.

Responsibilities

Work closely with management to assess and define training requirements. Organize and schedule training sessions based on business needs. Design, develop, and execute structured training programs and curricula. Manage and monitor training budgets. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and module summaries. Conduct onboarding and training for new hires. Establish evaluation and monitoring processes to ensure employees apply training effectively in their roles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date knowledge of modern corporate training methods and practices. Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities. Freshers are welcome to apply. Willingness to travel across Kerala.
