George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Maruti Suzuki dealer, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Automobile Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in automobile sales or sales training, preferably within a dealership environment. The role involves conducting regular training programs for sales consultants, focusing on product knowledge, sales processes, customer relationship management, and performance enhancement. The trainer will assess training needs, design and deliver engaging learning sessions, and evaluate post-training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement in sales performance. Strong communication and presentation skills, a good understanding of the Maruti Suzuki product lineup, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Candidates with a graduate degree, preferably an MBA or PGDM in Marketing, will be given preference.
