Key Responsibility
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for leading comprehensive learning initiatives across the Upskilling and Commerce Program verticals. This includes delivering structured induction and refresher programs, developing customized training modules, and ensuring consistent attendance and completion of sessions. The role requires enabling sales teams with program-specific knowledge for commerce streams like CA, CMA, and ACCA, while also equipping them with digital marketing and consultative sales strategies tailored to diverse learner profiles. Additionally, the trainer will design retraining plans for underperformers, conduct on-the-job coaching, maintain detailed training documentation, and provide regular feedback reports to leadership. A critical aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring training remains aligned with evolving industry tools, learner needs, and organizational goals.

Educational Qualification
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline is required for this role. Strong English and Malayalam language proficiency is essential to effectively train and communicate with diverse learner groups.
