Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation



Conduct structured induction programs and refresher sessions for Upskilling and Commerce Program teams. Ensure timely completion of training batches with strong attendance and engagement. Design and deliver customized, product-specific training content aligned with team objectives.

2. Commerce Program Sales Enablement



Train teams on commerce offerings (CA, CMA, ACCA), including structure, paper breakdowns, and progression paths. Equip teams to confidently handle student and parent queries with program-specific knowledge. Facilitate role-plays and demos focused on real-world commerce counseling scenarios.

3. Digital Sales & Upskilling Orientation



Educate sales teams on digital lead-generation strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, AI tools). Promote best practices in CRM usage and digital-first communication. Develop consultative selling skills tailored to working professionals and career-switchers.

4. Retraining & Performance Recovery



Identify low-performing employees and design targeted retraining plans. Deliver one-on-one coaching and custom sessions to improve performance. Monitor progress post-retraining and share updates with leadership. Create a supportive environment to encourage learning and re-engagement.

5. On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Coaching



Support team members during OJT with real-time feedback and guidance. Conduct buddy sessions and personalized coaching to reinforce skills. Oversee session quality, shadowing opportunities, and close learning gaps.

6. Feedback, Reporting & Documentation



Collect trainee feedback and convert insights into actionable improvements. Maintain detailed training records, performance data, and evaluation reports. Provide regular progress and retraining updates to management.

7. Process & Program Improvement



Recommend new tools, modules, and simulations to enhance training outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends, evolving learner needs, and tool upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business goals.
