Key Responsibilities
1.
Training Content Development
Design, structure, and update
comprehensive training modules
for channel partners, covering:
Project sourcing and lead generation
Site visit protocols and buyer engagement
Personal presentation & grooming (appearance standards)
Booking process and documentation
Negotiation tactics and objection handling
Closing techniques for real estate deals
Create
training toolkits
(slides, checklists, scripts, SOPs) for easy partner use.
Prepare and distribute
project-specific training packs
for every new launch.

Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct regular
in-person training sessions (2 days/week)
with channel partner sales teams at the office.
Run
on-site training
to simulate live selling environments.
Facilitate
roleplays and mock scenarios
to build confidence and polish skills.
Lead onboarding training for new partner associates and refreshers for existing ones.
3.
Alignment with Internal Teams
Attend key
sales strategy meetings
with management to understand priorities and goals.
Translate management feedback and company culture into partner-ready training material.
Collaborate closely with the
sales, marketing, and project teams
to ensure training reflects real-time market positioning.
4.
Communication & Influence
Ensure all training is
highly engaging and interactive
, focused on practical outcomes.
Coach and mentor partner salespeople on improving communication, client handling, and personal branding.
Act as a
bridge between internal teams and partner networks
, promoting clear expectations and cultural alignment.
5.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report training participation, effectiveness, and impact on partner performance.
Collect feedback from partners and management to refine programs.
Maintain a
training calendar
with structured timelines for project launches and monthly refreshers.

Bachelor's degree; MBA or training certification (e.g., NLP, coaching) is a plus.
