Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members on Samsung products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent performance.
Sales Expertise: Drive sales for domestic processes and ensure smooth execution of operations.
Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
Training & Development: Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills.
Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance through metrics and reports, ensuring consistent improvement.
Problem Solving: Address challenges promptly and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of trainer experience in sales and domestic processes.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle team dynamics.
Education: Graduate or equivalent.
Location Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in Gurugram.
Shift Timings: - 6 days working- 24*7, (any 9 hours shift) -1 Rotational week off
