Job Description

- Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

Create and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge of New & Existing Call Centre Agents.

- Conduct Training Sessions:

Conduct Online or Offline interactive and engaging training sessions to improve agent's sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

- Coach and Mentor Agents:

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to agents to improve their sales performance and address areas for improvement.

- Create Training Materials:

Develop training materials, including presentations, role plays, and exercises, to support sales training programs.

- Evaluate Training Effectiveness:

Assess the effectiveness of training programs by auditing the calls, chats, emails and make recommendations for improvement in process.

- Stay Up to Date with Industry Trends:

Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and best practices in sales training.

- Collaborate with Stakeholders:

Work closely with Operations & Quality Team to understand sales strategies and objectives and develop training programs to support Business goals.

- Track and Report Training Metris:

Monitor and report training metrics and adherence to quality standards as per the training efficacy Reports.

- Learn Management System:

Design Learn Modules and Roadmap of Training using LMS.

Skills Required:-

- Training Experience:

Min. 4 Years of Experience in Training & Development in a Sales or Customer Service.

- Sales Experience:

Experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.

- Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong Presentation Skills:

Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.

- Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
