Job Description

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Salary: ?35,000 - ?50,000 per month (approx.)

Experience: 5-10 years in FMCG training & sales development

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver sales training modules for FMCG sales team.

Conduct induction programs, refresher trainings, and on-field coaching.

Develop training content on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategies.

Monitor performance improvement post-training and ensure ROI.

Motivate and engage field sales force to achieve business targets.

Skills & Requirements:

Highly energetic with excellent presentation & motivational skills.

Proven experience in FMCG sales training and field force development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for on-field training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time
