Designation - Sales Trainer

Location - Rohini West

Shift Timings - 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm

CTC - Up to 60K + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing sales staff. Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and training opportunities. Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, product training, and soft-skills development. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to keep training content updated with the latest offerings, tools, and strategies. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, KPIs, and sales performance data. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales staff in the field and remotely. Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation for compliance and reporting. Implement best practices in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Consultative Selling). Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration and early productivity. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and competitor offerings to inform training content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales training. Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
