Job Description

A Manager-Sales Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that help sales teams enhance their skills and improve their performance. They work closely with sales managers and leadership to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and strategies to meet their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs that align with company goals and objectives. Create a range of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, role-play scenarios, and handouts.

Training Delivery:

Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, focusing on company culture, sales processes, and product offerings. Lead ongoing training sessions for existing sales staff, focusing on techniques to improve sales performance, product knowledge, and objection handling.

Coaching s Support:

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members as needed. Offer feedback and suggestions for improvement, helping team members grow professionally.

Sales Process Optimization:

Analyze sales team performance, identify gaps in skills or knowledge, and implement training to address these areas. Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.

Product Knowledge:

Ensure sales teams are fully educated about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate to clients.
