PURPOSE: 1) TO BUILD A RESULT RORIENTED GOAL TEAM, 2)PROVIDE EXCELLENT RESULT ORIENTED TRAINING TO EXISTING/NEW CANDIDATE, 3)CONVERT SALES 4) CONVERT SALES1Develop and deliver training programs to help sales teams improve their knowledge and skills2Create training programs: Design and deliver training sessions for new and experienced employees3Identify training needs: Assess sales employees' performance to identify areas for improvement4Provide coaching: Mentor and coach sales employees to help them develop their skills5Evaluate training: Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement6Create resources: Develop training resources, exams, and certifications7Create learning objectives: Set goals for training and monitor progress8Analyze sales data: Compare sales figures before and after training to measure success9Communicate with managers: Provide feedback to managers and work with them to implement changes10Coordinate with other trainers: Collaborate with other sales trainers and sales managers11Conducting skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement12Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses13Monitor sales objectives and resultsREQUIREMENTS:1Skills Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, 2Good presentation skills3Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role4Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning5Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms6Excellent organizational skills7Solid communication and presentation abilities
