-He should be able to deliver Product based training with clarity
Should be able to adhere to OEM requirements of Training schedules and monitor the end result for the training effectiveness
Should have hands-on experience in modern tools for training and training need assessment
-Works as a full member of the Dealership team
-Works with colleagues across the Dealership to deliver improvements and provide a seamless service to customers
-Maintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times
Job Requirements:
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field or related industry
-Very good Communication skills
-Very good skills in MS office.
