The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, coaching, and enhancing the skills of the sales team to ensure high performance and excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the sales process, customer needs, and market expectations to design effective training programs.
Train sales executives on product knowledge, including vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
Conduct regular training sessions on customer handling, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
Provide guidance on matching customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget with the right vehicle models.
Demonstrate vehicles, explain key features, and ensure the team is confident in conducting test drives.
Monitor sales team performance and identify skill gaps to plan refresher or advanced training sessions.
Stay updated with the latest automobile models, technology advancements, and industry trends to keep training content relevant.
Support sales executives in achieving their individual and team sales targets through continuous coaching.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance improvement reports.
Maintain a positive learning environment and motivate the team for consistent improvement.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong product knowledge of automobiles
Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire sales teams
Good understanding of the sales process and customer behavior
Problem-solving ability and a positive attitude
