Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction and product training sessions for new hires.
Design and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and refresher courses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance tracking.
Identify skill gaps and suggest continuous improvement strategies.
Coach team members on effective communication, negotiation, and customer handling.
Coordinate with the Sales and HR departments to align training with business goals.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Maintain training records and provide regular feedback reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales training or direct sales roles.
