Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver training programs (classroom, on-the-job, and digital) for sales executives, showroom staff, and dealer networks.Conduct product knowledge sessions on new automobile models, features, and technologies.Train sales teams on sales processes, negotiation skills, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.Develop training content, presentations, and role-play exercises to improve selling effectiveness.Assess training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and market observations.Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and organizational sales goals.Monitor post-training performance and provide ongoing support to ensure implementation of skills.Coordinate with sales managers, product managers, and HR to align training with company objectives.Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.Prepare reports on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, products, and customer buying behavior.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales professionals.Proficiency in training methodologies, coaching techniques, and adult learning principles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle dynamic sales environments.
