You'll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision - makers, and doing persistent follow ups to help guide prospects through our admissions process. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
Make 100-120 warm calls/day (not cold calls, but warm calls)
2. Conduct daily 5 prospect calls, each lasting 20-25 minutes
3. Achieve monthly targets of 10-20 lakhs
4. Earn handsome uncapped incentives
5. Perform follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
6. Identify and qualify potential customers through the provided leads and various digital sources
7. Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
8. Update CRM & coordinate with the team
9. Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions
10. Document interactions and status updates accurately in the CRM system
11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
