We work with startups, D2C brands, real estate, and financial firms to help them grow.

We are hiring

Business Development Executives

whose

primary goal is to generate revenue for the company

by acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients across industries (startups, D2C, real estate, financial firms, etc.). Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp outreach. Pitch DemuRup Media's services to prospects and convert them into paying clients. Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and sales targets. Maintain lead trackers, sales reports, and CRM updates. Support in client negotiations and deal closures.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication (written & verbal). Confident in pitching & negotiation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and revenue-focused. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. 1-2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Compensation

?15,000 base per month

Terms of Employment

21-Day Evaluation Period

: This is a target-based role. If minimum revenue targets are not achieved within the first 21 days, employment will be terminated immediately without notice.

Probation Period

: 3 months. Confirmation will be based on performance during this period.

Work Mode

: 100% remote, flexible working hours, anywhere in India.
