Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make 100-120 warm calls/day (not cold calls, but warm calls)
2. Conduct daily 5 prospect calls, each lasting 20-25 minutes
3. Achieve monthly targets of 10-20 lakhs
4. Earn handsome uncapped incentives
5. Perform follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
6. Identify and qualify potential customers through the provided leads and various digital sources
7. Conduct virtual meetings with decision-makers
8. Update CRM & coordinate with the team
9. Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions
10. Document interactions and status updates accurately in the CRM system
11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Note:
1. Working days: 5 days/week (Sunday Working, Friday-Saturday Off)
2. Timings: 10 AM - 8 PM (1-2 hour break)
3. Mode: 100% remote (need laptop & stable internet)
4. Probation period: 30-90 days (online)
5. Stipend during probation: 10,000 INR
6. Full-time salary (post probation): 65,000 INR per month (30-40k fixed + incentives)

Other requirements

1. Recent Grad/PG (2024 or 2025) freshers or career switchers with good English/Hindi communication

2. No prior sales experience required (we are not hiring experienced sales professionals)

3. Must be an immediate joiner

4. Eligibility: Recent graduates (2024/25)

5. Joining: 7th October, Tuesday

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 6,00,000 /year
