Job Summary:
(For Academic Counsellor Role)
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100-120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20-25 min calls
Monthly Targets - 10-20 Lakhs

Follow-ups via email & WhatsApp
Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
Virtual meetings with decision-makers
CRM updates & team coordination
Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Timings: 10 AM - 8 PM (1-2 hr break)
Mode: 100% Remote (Need laptop & stable internet)
Training Period: 30-90 days (online)
Stipend during Training: 10,000 INR
Full-time Salary (Post Training): 65,000 INR per month ( 30-40k Fixed + Incentives)
Eligibility:
Recent Grad/PG(2024 or 2025) Freshers or Career Switchers with good English/Hindi communication
No prior sales experience required (we are not hiring experienced sales professionals)
Must be an immediate joiner
