Key Responsibilities
? Develop and deliver training programs focused on luxury sales, client experience, and brand storytelling.
? Create modular training content for new hires, experienced sales professionals, and channel partners.
? Conduct sessions on consultative selling, negotiation, grooming, communication, and emotional intelligence to enhance HNI engagement.
? Ensure the sales team can articulate design aesthetics, craftsmanship, and material innovation with conviction and elegance.
? Conduct on-floor and experiential training, including mock client interactions, live demos, and client presentation simulations.
? Design personalized development plans for slow performers.
? Train on how to use marketing collaterals (catalogues, lookbooks, material kits).
? Train teams on grooming, body language, showroom etiquette, and luxury client hospitality.
? Create engaging scripts for leads from different platforms- walk-in, social media etc..
Key Skills & Competencies
? Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
? Deep understanding of luxury retail behaviour and HNI buying psychology.
? Exposure to interior design, architecture, or home decor segments preferred.
? Ability to balance creativity with commercial impact in training design.
? High emotional intelligence, empathy, and people development mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
? Experience in luxury interiors, lifestyle brands, premium home decor, or real estate preferred.
? Certification in Training / Coaching will be an advantage.
? Polished, articulate, and well-presented.
? 5-8 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or luxury retail.
? Passionate about design, aesthetics, and client experience.
? Previous experience in Zoho CRM, would be an add on
