Responsible for generating B2B furniture sales by identifying potential clients (corporates, architects, interior designers), managing the sales cycle, and ensuring consistent business growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients for office and modular furniture sales.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions from the company's range.
Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design).
1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture or interior products.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections effectively.
Good understanding of furniture product specifications and basic design terminologies (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Number of new B2B clients acquired.
