Job Summary

The Sales Trainee - Admission Counsellor will undergo training to learn student counselling, lead handling, and admission processes. The role involves assisting senior counsellors, interacting with students and parents, and supporting admission conversions under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Learn admission counselling process, course details, and eligibility criteria Assist in handling inbound and outbound calls from prospective students Support lead follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails Understand and explain basic admission procedures and fee structures Assist senior counsellors during student counselling and walk-ins Update lead and student details accurately in CRM systems Participate in sales training, role-plays, and product knowledge sessions Support admission documentation and enrolment formalities Help prepare daily follow-up and activity reports Follow company policies, sales scripts, and counselling standards
