Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to potential customers
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM updates
Attend meetings, presentations, and networking events as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)
1-2 years of relevant sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
