Sales Intern/Trainee (Spirituality & Astrology Focus)

Why this role

Help seekers choose the right spiritual products and astrology services with empathy and clarity. You'll convert warm leads across WhatsApp/phone/website, guide customers on Rudraksha, gemstones, malas, puja kits, and astrology offerings.

What you'll do

Lead handling:

Call/WhatsApp inbound leads, qualify needs, and recommend the right product/service bundle (e.g., Rudraksha + Puja + Fortune Report).

Consultative selling:

Understand concerns (dosha, wealth, health, peace), explain benefits without over-promising, and tailor suggestions (size, mukhi, rashi gemstone, budgets).

Astro alignment:

Map basic astrology inputs (DOB, TOB, POB if available) to the correct service tier (basic report / consult / gemstone guidance).

Order ops:

Create carts, share secure payment links, track conversions, and coordinate with Ops for shipping & follow-ups.

CRM hygiene:

Log all interactions, tag reasons for win/loss, schedule callbacks, and maintain daily pipeline.

Cross-sell/upsell:

Recommend add-ons (certification, pooja service, bracelets, cleansers).

Content feedback:

Surface FAQs and objections to improve scripts, landing pages, and offers.

Events/live:

Assist during store pop-ups, temple activations, or live sessions if needed.

Must-haves

Genuine interest/knowledge in

Sanatan Dharma, rituals, and basic astrology

(Rashi, Nakshatra, Graha strengths/weaknesses). Clear, respectful communication in

Hindi & English

(any South Indian language is a plus). Comfort on

phone + WhatsApp selling

, typing speed, and professional etiquette. Target orientation with integrity; disciplined with notes and follow-ups. Willing to learn SKUs (Rudraksha, Karungali, gemstones) and policy basics (returns, warranty).

Good to have

Experience in D2C/inside sales or counseling. Basic understanding of

kundli inputs

and how recommendations are framed by astrologers. Familiarity with Shopify/CRM/Google Sheets.
