Job Description

Undergo initial 3-month in-depth training to understand sales operations, product knowledge, departmental SOPs, sales reports, and ERP processes. Visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. Prepare and represent Rabatex Industries at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations. Liaise with suppliers to track the progress of existing orders. Record sales and order information and send copies to the sales office. Prepare sales offers and perform product cost calculations for future prospects. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services. Coordinate with customers and service teams during the warranty period to ensure machine efficiency and customer satisfaction. Execute sales and marketing activities, from inquiry generation to machine installation. Follow up and coordinate internal teams and customers for timely delivery of products. Handle sales of Vertical Lift Modules and accessories. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management or reporting authorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
