Sales Trainees (Freshers)

who are eager to begin their careers in sales and EdTech.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to business development, lead generation, and client relations.

As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo structured training, learn sales strategies, understand Edu Tech product offerings, and gradually take ownership of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities



Learn & Understand Products:


Develop a clear understanding of AcceleratorX Edu Tech products, features, pricing, and benefits through training sessions.

Support Sales Activities:


Assist senior team members in daily sales tasks like client calls, demos, and follow-ups.

Outbound Calls to Potential Leads:


Make introductory calls to students, parents, and institutions to create awareness about the product.

Generate New Leads:


Identify potential customers through online research, social media, and database tools.

Schedule Meetings & Demos:


Fix appointments and product demo schedules for the senior sales team.

Assist in Sales Pitching:


Present basic product information to leads (after training) and support in converting inquiries to prospects.

Basic Computer Skills:

Ability to use MS Office, email, and CRM tools (training will be provided).

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Graduate in any stream (business/marketing background preferred but not mandatory).

Freshers Encouraged:

Ideal role for candidates starting their career--no experience required.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Enthusiasm:

Interest in learning sales, client interaction, and EduTech industry.

Willingness to Learn:

Positive attitude, adaptability, and openness to feedback and training.

Basic Computer Skills:

Ability to use MS Office, email, and CRM tools (training will be provided).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
