Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & First-Level Interaction
You will connect with students who inquire through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online forms. Your role is to understand their academic interests, goals, and challenges so you can guide them toward suitable learning paths offered by FPA.
Explaining Courses & Career Pathways
Many students come with limited clarity about which field to pursue. You will explain our programs, their curriculum, skills covered, industry demand, and career outcomes in a simple and relatable manner.
Guiding Students Through the Enrollment Process
Support students through application steps, documentation, approvals, and scheduling. Your goal is to ensure they have a smooth and confident enrollment journey.
Follow-Ups & Lead Nurturing
Engage warmly with students who are exploring options, provide clarity, handle concerns, and maintain timely follow-ups to support the decision-making process.
Conducting One-to-One Counseling Sessions
You will handle telephonic and in-person counseling sessions where students expect guidance on careers, placements, salaries, and industry expectations.
Maintaining Daily Reports & CRM Entries
Every student interaction must be recorded accurately to ensure smooth workflow and follow-up tracking. You will maintain daily updates and counseling activity reports.
Building Trust With Students & Parents
As the first point of contact, you'll focus on establishing rapport, clearing doubts, and providing transparent guidance so families feel confident choosing FPA Edutech.
Staying Updated on Career Trends
Students rely on counsellors for the latest insights on higher education, skills in demand, and job paths. Staying updated helps you offer credible and relevant guidance.
Collaborating With Internal Teams
Share insights with the marketing and academic teams about student needs, frequently asked questions, and feedback that helps improve program offerings and communication.
Upholding Professionalism
