- Build a team by hiring Business Development Executives.
- Training / mentoring new hires.
- Meet individual monthly sales targets along with team target by promoting tours and travel products, cross-selling, and up-selling related services.
- Supplier Coordination, Communicate with hotels, airlines, and local tour operators to ensure smooth travel operations.
- Stay updated on global destinations, travel trends, pricing, and tourism regulations.
