: Sales Tools Development Lead (AI-First)



Role Purpose



Own the research, build, and integration of an

AI-first sales toolstack

that unifies CRM, WhatsApp, email, and chatbots into one seamless, automated sales journey. This role partners across Sales, Marketing, CRM/IT, and Product to prototype fast, launch reliably, and continuously optimize how we sell real estate in

2026 and beyond

Strategy & Research



Scan, test, and shortlist

new AI, RevOps, and martech tools; run rapid pilots and build business cases. Lead "

How to sell real estate in 2026

" workstream: buyer journey mapping, channel mix, and playbooks.

Model-making research

; evaluate

VR / digital twins

for sales suites, brokers, and remote clients.

Product Build & Integration



Develop tools end-to-end

: gather requirements from all departments.

Integrate CRM + WhatsApp + Email + Chatbots

into a

single customer journey

. Stand up an

AI chatbot

(client & broker-facing): intents, retrieval (RAG), guardrails, analytics, and continuous improvement. Build

EDM/WA automations

with proper

segmentation

and lifecycle stages (lead, MQL, SQL, reservation, close, post-handover). Liaise with suppliers and

maintain/update existing sales tools

; manage small SOWs and SLAs.

Automation & Journeys



Design

nurture flows

and micro-triggers (e.g., if prospect watches 50% of video ? auto WhatsApp follow-up + SDR task*).
Implement

lead scoring

and routing; accelerate pipeline with real-time signals (site behavior, media views, bot chats). Keep

testing AI assistants

for client/broker conversations; A/B prompts, tone, response time, and conversion.

Analytics & Optimization in collab with IT.



Build

dashboards that track "money leaks"

(where leads die) across the funnel; quantify impact and fixes. Instrument end-to-end attribution (UTMs, events), run

A/B tests

, and publish monthly

RevOps insights

. Define and monitor SLAs for reply times, show-up rates, proposal turnaround, and handover quality.
