Sales Executive - Construction Equipment Industry

Location: Ghaziabad (Travel Required)

Work Model: Digital + Telephonic + Physical Client Visits

Salary: ₹22,000 - ?30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Executive with strong experience in the construction equipment industry. The role requires deep product knowledge, strong B2B sales skills, and the ability to manage corporate clients across India through digital channels, phone, and field visits.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction equipment industry. Experience is considered more important than educational qualifications. Strong understanding of construction machinery, product categories, and market demand. Proven track record in B2B sales, digital lead generation, and corporate client handling. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Willingness to travel as required across India.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage PAN India sales for construction equipment through online, telephonic, and physical channels. Generate high-quality leads using digital platforms and industry networks. Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and on-site client visits. Present product features, technical details, and commercial proposals to clients. Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and corporate clients. Track market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategy. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and sales pipelines.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction equipment and machinery. Proven B2B sales expertise with strong closing ability. Experience in digital sales, online lead platforms, and CRM tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent field operations. Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
