Key Responsibilities:
Attend and follow up on all Indiamart calls & inquiries.
Generate and convert leads into sales through effective communication (phone & WhatsApp).
Source the best rates from different factories/suppliers for required products.
Coordinate with customers to understand requirements and provide competitive quotations.
Support tender-related activities on the Ariba portal.
Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet, Email).
Ability to handle Indiamart leads and push sales.
Exposure to tender portals (Ariba or similar) will be an added advantage.
Good negotiation skills to source the best product rates.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
1-3 years of sales / business development / telecalling experience. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
