We are hiring an

Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our website design and IT services, generating interest, and fixing appointments. ( Training provided )

This is a

work-from-home role and requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database*
Explain company services (Website Design, Hosting, Branding, etc.)*
Understand customer needs and pitch the correct service*
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls*
Maintain call records and update CRM/spreadsheets*
Follow the script and communication guidelines provided*
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets*
Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally*

Required Experience

Experience in IT, Web Design, or Service-based calling will be an added advantage*

Skills Required

Excellent Hindi & Bengali communication*
Basic English speaking*
Confident and polite over phone*
Ability to convince customers*
Good understanding of sales and customer interaction*
Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection*
