Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and customers
Promote FMCG and food products over the phone
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales orders
Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
Maintain daily call reports and customer records
Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order processing
Handle customer queries and basic complaint resolution
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred)
Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling / telesales (Freshers welcome)
Good communication skills in local language and Hindi/English
Ability to convince and negotiate
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
