Job Title: Sales Telecaller

Location: Newtown, Kolkata

Salary: 10k + incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Maintain and update customer details in CRM or records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections
Schedule appointments or close sales over calls
Maintain professional communication and call etiquette
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to persuade and build customer relationships
Willingness to work with targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Immediate joiners preferred
