Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the agency's services.
Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Identify decision-makers and understand their business requirements.
Sales Communication & Coordination
Explain digital marketing services (such as social media marketing, branding, performance marketing, website development, etc.) clearly and effectively.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the Business Development Manager.
Maintain good relationships with prospects through professional communication.
Pipeline & Follow-Up
Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up schedules.
Follow up with potential leads to move them through the sales funnel.
Assist in converting warm leads into qualified opportunities.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of conversations, responses, objections, and lead progress through CRM tools or internal trackers.
Share daily/weekly reports on call performance, lead generation, and conversion status.
Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales -- preferably in a digital marketing or service-based industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to explain services clearly and handle customer queries confidently.
Strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
